Our Guarantee

At Lopez Woodworks, every cutting board is handcrafted with care, precision, and high-quality hardwoods. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials that go into each piece. If your cutting board arrives with a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Because wood is a natural material, slight variations in color, grain, or pattern are normal and part of the beauty of a handcrafted product. These natural variations are not considered defects.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your cutting board, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The board must be unused and in new, sellable condition.

  • Custom or personalized boards (including engraved or monogrammed items) are non-returnable, unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damage During Shipping

If your cutting board arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Issues After Use

Proper maintenance is required for the longevity of your board. Because cutting boards naturally develop wear over time—such as knife marks, staining, or warping due to improper care—we cannot guarantee against damage caused after regular use or improper care (such as soaking, dishwasher use, or failing to oil the board).

However, if you believe there is a structural issue related to workmanship within the first 6 months, please reach out—we will evaluate the situation fairly and work with you to find a solution.
